Terms of Sale: Assets will first be offered for sale in bulk, and then individually. Whichever way realizes more will be the way it is sold. The Auctioneer shall have the right to reject any bid. Inspection: 1 hour prior to sale. 15% buyer’s premium. Removal of all merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser. No goods will be delivered to the purchaser until the entire sale is completed. Any merchandise not removed by the announced date will be considered abandoned with the Purchaser in default and deposits retained as liquidated damages. A 25% deposit on all lots purchased is required at the time of sale in cash or certified check. Company or personal checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a letter from the payor's bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to Mountain Auctioneers, Inc. (See below) All bills must be paid in full prior to any items being removed no later than 12 noon the following day. Upon winning the bid, ownership transfers. At that time, it is your responsibility to attend to your purchases. Next day removal. No allowances or adjustments will be made for loss! Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. The auctioneer is not responsible for discrepancies in description or nomenclature and assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listing. All lots are sold as is. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to the sale.
