Terms of Sale: Assets will first be offered for sale in bulk, and then individually. Whichever way realizes more will be the way it is sold. The Auctioneer shall have the right to reject any bid. INSPECTION 1 hour prior to sale. 15% buyers premium. Removal of all merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser. No goods will be delivered to the purchaser until the entire sale is completed. Any merchandise not removed by the announced date will be considered abandoned with the Purchaser in default and deposits retained as liquidated damages. A 25% deposit on all lots purchased is required at the time of sale in cash or certified check. (See below) All bills must be paid in full prior to any items being removed no later than 12 noon the following day. Upon winning the bid, ownership transfers.
